TURNING

A well-organised turning department is where the various machines make diversified machining possible by combining turning and milling, where the process is totally automated with the accuracy of FANUC numerical control, and where the machining of even considerable diameters and lengths is achieved.

MILLING

From the specialised prototyping centres to the special service packs for machining aluminium or special steels: the fully-equipped PPM milling area contains specialised machinery that meets every requirement in a timely, prompt and professional manner. A dozen machining centres with 3- or 5-axis numerical control are equipped with electric spindles running at 20,000 rpm, tilting rotary tables and 8-station pallet inverters, able to machine even very large sizes.
